Am Chef…Will Travel is
a catering and personal culinary service located in Anchorage,
Alaska that features fresh creations by Mark Linden, certified
executive chef. We offer a variety of services:
My name is Mark Linden, and I own Am Chef...Will
Travel along with my wife Sharon. We started our company
in 2002, to fulfill our dream of offering great food, personally
prepared, along with friendly service.
I attended the Culinary Institute of
America in New York, and graduated the Culinary Program
with honors. I have participated in several culinary competitions
sanctioned by the American Culinary Federation, and am certified
as an executive chef. I am a past president of the Alaska
Culinary Association, and a current member of the American
Personal Chef's Association.
My work experience of over thirty years
includes Omni International Hotel, Hilton, Sheraton, and
Holland America.
The duty of a chef is to create bonds
of friendship across the dining room table. I look forward
to creating a memorable event for you!
